If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This policy explains returns, refunds, and support for refurbished and open-box items purchased from RefurbTech UK.

Change-of-mind returns (14 days)

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery for a change of mind. Items should be returned in the condition received, with any included accessories, manuals, and packaging where applicable.

Faulty or not as described

If your item is faulty on arrival, develops a fault, or is not as described, contact us and we’ll work with you to resolve it. Depending on the situation, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

Warranty

Most items include a 30-day warranty unless stated otherwise on the product page. If a fault occurs during the warranty period, contact us with your order number and details of the issue.

How to start a return

  • Email customerservice@refurbtechuk.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
  • Once received and inspected, we’ll process a refund, replacement, or next step as agreed.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Refund timing can vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If the return is a change-of-mind return, original delivery charges may not be refundable (where applicable).

Return postage

For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is usually responsible for return postage. If the item is faulty or not as described, we’ll advise the best return method and may provide a prepaid option where appropriate.

Exceptions

We may not be able to accept returns for items that are damaged due to misuse, missing key accessories, or returned in a significantly different condition than received.
