Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 9 September 2026.

1. Who we are

TechEncore is the trading/customer-facing brand used for this online store. The legal seller is identified above. Contact us through our contact us.

2. These terms

These terms apply to consumer purchases of physical goods through this store. Please also read our Delivery, Returns and Privacy pages. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that the law does not allow us to exclude or restrict.

3. Products, condition and images

Stock may include new/sealed, open-box or customer-return, pre-owned and refurbished goods. Condition, cosmetic grade, battery information, included accessories and commercial warranty can differ between items, so read the individual product listing before ordering. Images of the actual item will be identified as such where relevant; otherwise images may be representative. Obvious display or typographical errors may be corrected.

4. Prices, VAT and payment

The total price payable is the amount shown and confirmed at checkout, including any delivery charge and taxes that the checkout states are included or payable. Payment is handled using the payment methods made available at checkout. We do not intentionally store full payment-card details where the payment provider handles them directly.

5. Placing an order and our contract

When you submit an order you offer to buy the goods. An automated acknowledgement that we received the order does not necessarily mean we have accepted it. We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where, for example, stock is unavailable, payment is not authorised, there is an obvious pricing or description error, delivery cannot reasonably be made, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we have taken payment for an order we do not accept, we will arrange the appropriate refund.

We will provide the required contract/order information in a durable form such as email no later than required by law.

6. Delivery

Delivery options, charges and estimates are shown at checkout. Unless agreed otherwise, goods are normally delivered within 30 days. Please see our Delivery page for more information.

7. Cancellation, returns and faulty goods

For most online purchases you have a statutory change-of-mind cancellation period. Separate statutory remedies apply where goods are faulty, misdescribed or otherwise do not conform to the contract. Our Returns, Refunds & Faulty Goods page explains the process and includes a model cancellation form.

8. Commercial warranties

Any commercial warranty we offer is additional to statutory rights. Do not assume a particular warranty period unless it is stated for the product or supplied with the order.

9. Accounts and website security

Keep your account credentials confidential and provide accurate information. You must not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with the service or use automated systems in a way that unreasonably burdens the website.

10. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or mandatory consumer rights. Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections that apply where they live. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law may hear disputes.

12. Complaints

Please contact us if you have a complaint. We will try to resolve it directly and will provide information about any applicable alternative dispute-resolution arrangement where the law requires us to do so.
