Products & condition

We sell refurbished, open-box, or pre-owned items unless stated otherwise. Product condition, grading, and included accessories are described on the product page. Refurbished items may show minor cosmetic signs of previous use unless described as “like new”.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown in GBP. Payment is processed securely via our payment providers. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if this affects your order, we’ll contact you before dispatch.

Orders

An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order in reasonable circumstances (for example, suspected fraud, stock availability, or addressing/payment issues). If we cancel an order after payment, we’ll refund you.

Delivery

Delivery options and estimated times are shown at checkout. Delays may occur due to courier factors outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address provided.

Returns & warranty

Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for details on returns, refunds, and warranty coverage. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation. We may update or withdraw parts of the website at any time.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, and nothing limits your statutory rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer rights that apply.
