Delivery options and charges

The delivery methods, charges and estimated times available for your order are shown at checkout before you pay. They can vary by product and delivery address.

Unless we agree a different period with you, goods bought online will be delivered without undue delay and normally within 30 days. A delivery estimate is not a guaranteed delivery date unless we expressly say that it is.

Dispatch and tracking

We send order confirmations to the email address supplied at checkout. Dispatch or tracking information is provided when it is available for the delivery service used; we do not promise tracking for every service unless the checkout or product information says so.

Risk and delivery

For consumer orders, risk normally remains with us until the goods come into your physical possession, or the possession of a person you identify to receive them, subject to the rules that apply where you independently appoint a carrier.

Delivery problems

If an order is late, missing, damaged in transit or appears to have been delivered incorrectly, please contact us promptly and include your order number.
